Consultation first
Skin and aesthetic treatments always start with a consultation and, where needed, a patch test. If a treatment is not right for you, we will say so.
Trained and insured
Every treatment on our menu is carried out by someone qualified and insured to deliver it — the same standard we teach in the academy.

Training Academy
Learn it in a working clinic, not a hotel room
Our courses run inside the salon, in groups of no more than four, on the same equipment and protocols we use on paying clients. You leave with the practical confidence to actually offer the treatment — not just a certificate.

I just wanted to say thank you for the lovely cut, dry and hair toning. Harpreet was really lovely and professional. Considering she is a young hairdresser who has just come out of college, I was really impressed with how thorough she was — she took her time, paid attention to every detail and really wanted to make sure I was happy. Her cut was so good, and she took such great care of me throughout. You really have a little gem there, don't lose her!
